One phone. One target. A little friendly rivalry.
How do I Tilt?
Screen face-up is 0°, upright is 90°, and face-down is 180°. Tap Start once per round, tip the whole phone toward the target and hold still for about half a second. Tap Done to submit. The target stays visible; the measured angle stays hidden during your turn. Keep a secure grip and use your free hand to tap when the screen faces downward.
Learn your angle
Open How to Play from onboarding or Home to see your real live angle while you tip or fold. This lesson is separate from scoring and is unavailable during a scored turn. Missing input is shown honestly; it never substitutes a made-up angle. Duo automatically uses Fold; ordinary iPhones automatically use Tilt. There is no mode picker.
Why is Done unavailable?
Tilt needs fresh, steady motion readings. Stop moving for a beat. If input fails, use Retry motion input. Unavailable sensors never produce a substitute score. Fold needs a native hinge reading; unfold a closed Duo to continue. Ordinary iPhones use Tilt.
Who wins?
All players get the same target each round. Each player taps Done and passes the phone without another Start. The scoreboard appears when everyone finishes. Lowest average absolute angle error wins. Ties share a place. The detailed scorecard preserves points, submitted angle and error for each completed round.
Requirements
Tilt requires iOS 26 or later and device-motion hardware. Fold requires iPhone Duo with native hinge input on iOS 27.1 or later. Ordinary iPhones must never be bent. Readings are not certified calibrated measurements.
