Setup Checklist

• On your Mac, download the Mac Nudge Mac app from macnudge.com, install the DMG, and open it from Applications.
• On your iPhone, install Nudge Remote from the App Store.
• Allow Accessibility for Mac Nudge in macOS System Settings.
• Keep Start at Login enabled so the Mac agent comes back after sign-in.
• Open Nudge Remote on iPhone, tap Pair Mac, and scan the QR code in the Mac status window.
• Keep notifications enabled on iPhone to receive approval alerts.

What Mac Nudge Can Approve

Mac Nudge can approve clear dialog buttons that it has detected on the paired Mac and that you explicitly tap in Nudge Remote. It does not provide arbitrary remote mouse or keyboard control.

When Direct Mac Access Is Needed

Password, Keychain, security settings, and multi-window setup prompts require physical access or a trusted screen sharing tool. Mac Nudge keeps those prompts in the Mac Access area so secrets stay on the Mac.
